ISI-50 Video Encoder: High Performance, Low Power and Low Cost

Targeted at consumer and enterprise products that require a high quality HD video communications solution, the ISI-50 provides a superior user experience at an extremely affordable price point.  Featuring Immedia’s NoDRAM^tm technology the ISI-50 eliminates the need for DRAM memory yet still provides industry leading compression performance and video quality. Immedia’s HPLC^tm architecture is highly optimized for encoding cameras and includes a full featured  ISP as well as dedicated MJPEG and H.264 encoding blocks.

The ISI-50 supports sensors up to 3M pixels (2048×1536) via single lane MIPI interface, single channel audio codec (PCM output) and a USB 2.0 interface. The ISI-50 supports Skype^tm HD  and Microsoft Lync^tm certification as well as UVC 1.1 and UAC 1.0.
